In my opinion this is not an asyndeton.

Explanation:

An asyndeton is the concatenation of two sentences without a conjunction. (At least as far as I remember the term).

The given sentence has a conjunction, it lacks an (implied) subject in the second half. [Note that this sentence is an asyndeton].
