The idea of modification through decent (Darwinian Evolution) postulated that Humans are descended from fish. This is not a proven theory

The Darwinian theory of evolution though widely accepted has not been proven. Most scientists accept the idea that all living things came from a common ancestor . This general acceptance does not make the idea true in the sense that it is known to be true.

Recent challenges to the Neo Darwinian world view call into questions the absolute truth of the idea of common decent.
What molecular science has discovered about the nature of proteins and DNA call into question that the complex and specified information found in these biological systems could have come about by random change (accidental mutations) as postulated by the Neo Darwinian theory.
