You will have to refine this question....

Explanation:

Nitric acid COULD oxidize lead metal up to #Pb^(2+)#...

#Pb rarr Pb^(2+) + 2e^(-)# #(i)#

Nitric acid COULD be reduced to #NO(g)#...

#NO_3^(-) +4H^+ + 3e^(-)rarr NO(g)+2H_2O(l)# #(ii)#

And so we take #(i)xx3+(ii)xx2xx(ii)#...

#3Pb+2NO_3^(-) +8H^+ + 6e^(-) rarr 3Pb^(2+) + 6e^(-)+2NO(g)+4H_2O(l)#

And after cancellation....

#3Pb+2NO_3^(-) +8H^+ rarr 3Pb^(2+) +2NO(g)+4H_2O(l)#

And we add #6xxNO_3^(-)#...to get...

#3Pb+8HNO_3 rarr 3Pb(NO_3)_2 +2NO(g)uarr+4H_2O(l)#

And thus TWO moles of #NO_2# should be produced per THREE moles of lead metal. But this might not be what you want...
