This isn't a valid equation. You're probably looking for this reaction,

#2NaHCO_3(s) rightleftharpoons H_2O(g) + CO_2(g) + Na_2CO_3(s)#

which appears to be the thermal decomposition of sodium bicarbonate, which is kinetically slow.
