Nearly all the planets astronomers have found orbiting other stars have been giant planets with masses more like that of Jupiter than Earth, and with orbits located very close to their parent stars. Does this prove that our Solar System is unusual?

No.It is the limitation of technology we can not detect small and Earth like planers with the present day methods.
Explanation:
Wobbling, transit methods can only find large planets,..Directs observation is also difficult..When planet isvfar away the periods are very long and difficult to watch with the present day technology..
