The Supreme Court determined in a 6 to 3 decision that concern of enemy spying and espionage was far more important than Japanese Americans' Constitutional rights.

Explanation:

The Supreme Court Justices reviewed the case and found in favor FDR's executive order and deemed it constitutional. Since then the accuracy of their decision has been brought into question, but Korematsu's appeal has never been overturned.
