Paul can walk 15 steps in 5 minutes. How long does it take Paul to walk 75 steps at the same speed?
I would've normally solved these kinds of problems with setting up proportions, but I think the numbers will work out in this problem so that we can use the more "basic" steps!
Think about how many steps per minute Paul can walk. Knowing that he can walk 15 steps in 5 minutes, we can say that Paul can walk 3 steps/minute.
We're asked to figure out how many minutes it would take him if he walks at a constant speed if he takes 75 steps. So we can just divide 75 steps into 3 steps/minute and then we should get 25 minutes!
