Please solve this electromegnetic induction question?

Here my real doubt is how I understand that which point have higher voltage and which have lower voltage !!!

Here,voltage difference i.e induction of e.m.f will be created because of change in flux due to the rotating rod creating change in area,

The relation is given as, `V=1/2 B omega l^2`(where, `B` is the strength of magnetic field,`omega` is the angular velocity and `l` is the length of the rod

Now the point aroundg which rotation is occurring will be at higher voltage.

So, `V_o - V_a = 1/2 Bomega (l)^2`

and, `V_o - V_c =1/2 B omega (3l)^2 = 1/2 B omega 9l^2`

So, from the above two we get,

`V_a-V_c =1/2Bomegal^2 (9-1)=1/2B omega l^2 8 =4Bomega L^2`
