Please solve this electromegnetic induction question?

Here my real doubt is how I understand that which point have higher voltage and which have lower voltage !!!https://useruploads.socratic.org/sDKtBkpjTFuxKs9dDfmZ_New%20Image.jpg

Here, voltage difference i.e induction of e.m.f will be created because of change in flux due to the rotating rod creating change in area,

The relation is given as, #V=1/2 B omega l^2#(where, #B# is the strength of magnetic field,#omega# is the angular velocity and #l# is the length of the rod

Now the point aroundg which rotation is occurring will be at higher voltage.

So, #V_o - V_a = 1/2 Bomega (l)^2#

and, #V_o - V_c =1/2 B omega (3l)^2 = 1/2 B omega 9l^2#

So, from the above two we get,

#V_a-V_c =1/2Bomegal^2 (9-1)=1/2B omega l^2 8 =4Bomega L^2#
