#:. AB || DC, and, AB=DE................(1)#

#:. m/_ABE=m/_EDC, m/_BAE=m/_ECD..........(2)#.

Now, consider #DeltaABE and DeltaCDE. Because of #(1) and (2)#,

#DeltaABE~=DeltaCDE#.
