The second train is going 10mph relative to the first train (60mph - 50mph), therefore when you divide #(150mi)/(10(mi)/(hr)#, you get 15 hours. That plus the 2:00 p.m. start time and the 3-hour delay between the trains gives you 8:00 a.m.
