SAT writing: Which choice most effectively establishes the main topic of the paragraph?

Good.

Explanation:

Being an IELTS/TOEFL and somewhere GMAT instructor, I would like to tell you, in IELTS of reading comprehension has a question that is TRUE/FALSE/NOT GIVEN.
From this point of view, all other choices are not given in your paragraph too, so why do you go for others? Or all are not relevant too!
All other seem verbose too like TOEFL style answers or your SAT word diction, no good word choice too.
