The Americas, specifically Latin/Central and South America.

Due to their heavy investments in colonial expeditions, a lot of Spaniards migrated to the Americas. This caused these new colonies to have a lot of Spanish cultured inhabitants in high positions of government and otherwise powerful positions, which caused the people who already lived there to adopt this new culture, often by force since they had basically no rights and were treated as slaves most of the time.
