To answer to the questions these formulae are needed:

#L=vecF*vecs#: where the #*# is the scalar product;

and:

#P=L/t#

So:

#L=100N*5m=500J#

(I supposed that the angle between #F and S# is 0);

and:

#P=(500J)/(15s)=33.3W#.
