There are infinitely many Q that will work.

Point #P# is #(-2,3)#

Let #Q# be #(x,y)#.

Given #(Delta y) / (Deltax) = 3#, we need to solve

#(y-3)/(x+2)=3#

Any (and every) point on the line #y=3x+9# will meet the requirements.
