According to Kinetic theory of gases RMS speed
v_"rms"=sqrt((3k_BT)/m)vrms=√3kBTm
wherek_BkB is Boltzmann constant=1.380 × 10^-23 \ J K^-1 ,
T is temperature inK andm is mass of particle.
We know that
v_"rms"=sqrt((3xx1.380 × 10^-23xx293.15)/(50xx10^-15))
=>v_"rms"=1.55xx10^-3\ ms^-1
