From the calibration curve, you can get the slope which is: $s l o p e = \epsilon \times l$

Usually, the path length $l = 1 c m$. Then you can calculate $\epsilon$.

Now that you have $A , \epsilon \mathmr{and} l$ you can find the concentration $C = \frac{A}{\epsilon \times l}$
