There is no way to tell for sure.


Water is one liquid that boils at 100 °C and freezes at 0 °C.

However, there may be other liquids that boil at 100 °C but do not freeze at 0 °C.

Similarly, there may be liquids that boil at 103 °C and freeze at 0 °C.

Without further information, we cannot be 100 % certain that #"X"# is water and #"Y"# is something else.
