Temperature and moisture content.

Explanation:

Density is mass over volume. As volume increases density therefore decreases. Charles's law states that temperature and volume are directly proportional therefore as temperature increases, volume increase and density decrease.

An increase in moisture content will decrease mass of an air mass. This is because water molecules are a lower molecular mass than molecular nitrogen (most abundant gas in the atmosphere).
