"Builders" is a bit vague. So I'll just lay out the purpose of each.
Nucleus- gives instructions (RNA and DNA)
Ribosome- makes proteins that make up important parts of the body
ER(Endoplasmic Reticulum)- makes proteins and fat
Golgi Apparatus- Packages the proteins, fat, etc and makes some hormones too -
