Developing countries vs. developed countries dilemma

Explanation:

In general polluters do not pay for their environmental damages. For example China contaminates air. This contamination passes the Pacific Ocean and affect California (USA). The second important point is Afro-Americans (in the USA) live near hazardous waste sites because the land close to such sites are cheaper. Therefore it is clear that there is a problem with regards of environmental justice.

Not only keeping the earth clean (without emitting new contaminants) but also cleaning up previously contaminated sites (or places) become crucial. However, there are some problems about it. THE WORLD is very small to contaminate but extremely big to clean-up. Gender equity, race, capital-rich vs. poor, etc. are all environmental justice related topics.
