Very little, unless it is a VERY massive one.
Explanation:
Meteorites impact the earth every day, but most are too small to even be noticed, much less affect the environment.
A massive meteorite impact could have major effects through ejected debris and seismic waves. An ocean impact could generate massive tidal waves.
