Levator Palpabrae Superioris and Frontalis muscle

Explanation:

Elevation of eyelid is majorly (1st #80%#) done by levator palpabrae superioris and the rest #20%# is done by Frontalis muscle.

That's why in a patient with ptosis( a condition where drooping of eyelids occur),whose levator palpabrae muscle is paralysed, you will see numerous wrinkles on forehead, which occurs due to the active contraction by frontalis muscle, which tries to compensate the action of the previous.
