Substances present AFTER a reaction has occurred are described as products.

Note - many reactions actually exist as a equilibrium process which means that the concept of a reactant / product is somewhat redundant as a reaction is occurring in both a forward and reverse direction (meaning that a reactant is also a product and a product is also a reactant).
