These are small vesicles filled with fluid surrounded by a lipid-bilayer membrane found in animal cells, contain hydrolytic enzymes and are mainly involved in lysis(breakdown) of complex molecules into simpler one. - Mitochodria
These are organelles found in both animal and plant cell. Mitochondria also referred as "Power house of the cell". Because they form energy currency i.e#ATP# by process called cellular respiration that is catalyzed by several mitochondrial enzymes.
