The left coronary artery supplies blood to the heart.

Explanation:

The coronary artery divides into four branches. The left coronary artery connects to the left anterior descending artery( the left coronary artery supplies blood to the front left side of the heart. And the coronary artery connects to the aorta arch(which is shown below).

And also the circumflex artery connects to the left coronary artery, and the circumflex artery circles around the heart muscle.
