#0.08% ~~ 0.1%#

Explanation:

A person with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of #0.08%# or greater is considered legally impaired (legally drunk) hence he/she should not drive else risk being charged with driving under the influence (DUI). However in some cases you may still be charged with DUI if when driving it was determined that you have a BAC greater than #0.00%# and less than #0.08%# particularly if you are driving with children on board or if the police officer deems you to be "noticeably impaired".
