Used the populations of occupied countries and POWs as slave labour


People from China and Korea were forced into what amounted to slavery and worked in pretty inhuman conditions, one Japanese historian estimates that 10 million Chinese were put into forced labour alone, Korea suffered much the same way and of course allied POWs were used to build things like the Burma Railway and suffered hugely
