Chiasmus is a device in which two sentences are written against each other reversing their structure.

Where A is the first topic repeated, and B occurs twice in between.

Examples can be “Never let a Fool Kiss You or a Kiss Fool You.”
Another one by John F. Kennedy is "ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country".
