WHAT happens to someone who is discriminated against is something else. IT is not the "discrimination". If they were not discriminated against on the basis of their ethnic characteristics, none of the particular means would have been invoked.
The areas in which the discrimination was felt most keenly were jobs and housing. Those again are very common for any discriminated group.
