Bile is a yellow-green coloured fluid that is produced in and secreted by the liver. It then travels down through bile duct in pear-shaped sac called gallbadder. It is stored and concentrated in gallbladder and then released in small intestine during digestion. And it contain cholesterol, emulsification agents, and phospholipids.
