A ridge formed by glaciation

Explanation:

An esker is formed when a glacier melts. During the melting process streams are formed by the melt water as it flows away from the glacier. These streams deposit debris picked up from when the glacier was moving. When the glacier has melted away the left over ridge left behind from the stream deposits is an esker.
