Or like this Ruthenium complex?

This is also pretty cool. The 2nd generation Grubbs' catalyst, used in olefin metathesis.

These tend to use their #d# orbitals to bond, rather than their #p# orbitals, which are a bit higher in energy, when mixing with something like a #2p# orbital from a carbon.
