Molten rock called "magma" that intrudes or invades shallower rocks.

Explanation:

Igneous intrusions consist of molten magma that rises up from the mantel (because they have less density) and intrude into other rocks. They are of two types: 1) intrusive and 2) extrusive. Intrusive rocks move upward in the crust but cool before they break the surface; while extrusive rocks break the surface and form volcanoes and fissures. See pic.
