The phenomena of a compound showing Aromatic character is known Aromaticity .

Explanation:

Rules for Aromatic nature of a molecule :-

1) Molecule should be Planar.

2) It should be Cyclic.

3) It should have #(4n + 2)π# electrons {Huckel's Rule}.

4) Conjugation should be present in the molecule.
