#m+2=2-m/3-2#
we can simplify since #2-2=0# on the right Hand side.
so we have
#m+2=-m/3#
adding #m/3# on both sides we get

#m+m/2+2=0#
substracting #2#
#m+m/3=-2#
since #m+m/3=3m/3+m/3=4/3m#

we get

#4/3m=-2#

we get

#m=-6/4=-3/2#
