What is the chemical test used to distinguished CH3CONH2 ( primary amide) and CH3CH2NH2 ( primary amine), and what are their chemical equation and observation?

The basicity of the amine would probably be the most practical test.
Explanation:
A few drops of ethylamine in a test-tube with a few mLs of water, and a drop or two of phenolphthalein indicator would give a purple/red colour, whereas the amide would not undergo the acid-base reaction, as it is NOT an base (why not?).
Mind you, if its ethylamine, as soon as you open the bottle, you are going to notice the pungent odour of amine.
