The second Atomic Bomb targeted Kokura, Japan. Nagasaki was an alternate.
Explanation:
Overcast weather over Kokura made the B29 aircraf "Bock's Car"t switch to Nagasaki. Nagasaki was placed on the target list instead of Kyoto because Henry Stimson, U.S. Secretary of War had visited Kyoto in the 1920s and felt strongly that it should not be on the list because of its cultural value.
