About 7.4 billion people.

Explanation:

The UN updates estimates of future population and three scenarios are possible (see pic.). A high, medium and low cases are possible - somewhere around 9-10 billion by 2100 seems most likely. Much now seems to depend on how population unfolds in Africa.
