Venules are tiny vessels that drain blood from capillaries into veins .
Explanation:
After oxygenated blood has been transported by arteries and arterioles to the capillaries where transfer of oxygen, nutrients and waste takes place, the deoxygenated blood is transported by minyte vessels called venules which combine to form veins that transport the blood back to the heart.
