Hypha is a part of plant body and Mycelium is the total plant body in fungi.

Explanation:

In Fungi the plant body is made up of thread-like structures criss-crossing one another to form an entangled mass. The plant body is termed mycelium . The thread like structures, constituting mycelium, are termed hyphae (singular termed hypha ).

The hypa may be be aseptate and multinucleate(e.g. Rhizopus) or septate and multicellular( e.g. Penicillium). Each cell is uninucleate. In Rhizopus the mycelium is coenocytic, made up of multinucleate, aseptate hyphae.
