Hypha is a part of plant body and Mycelium is the total plant body in fungi.

Explanation:

In Fungi the plant body is made up of thread-like structures criss-crossing one another to form an entangled mass. The plant body is termed mycelium . The thread like structures, constituting mycelium, are termed hyphae (singular termed hypha ).

The hypa may be be aseptate and multinucleate(e.g. #Rhizopus#) or septate and multicellular( e.g. #Penicillium#). Each cell is uninucleate. In #Rhizopus# the mycelium is coenocytic, made up of multinucleate, aseptate hyphae.
