Weather is what is happening in the atmosphere right now. Climate is what we expect the weather to be like.

Explanation:

Climate is a long term average for a given area. For example, in central Canada we expect to have hot dry summers and cold dry winters. This year North America is in a super El nino, so we expect a milder winter with some areas getting a lot more precipitation than usual.

Weather is what is actually happening. A thunderstorm or a blizzard are examples of weather.
