A balanced equation is not what I need, I just want to know what the products are.

The products are aluminium chloride and water.

Explanation:

To know the products, it'll still be useful the balanced equation. In this case, it is:

#Al(OH)_3(aq)+3HCl(aq)->3H_2O(l)+AlCl_3(s)downarrow#

So, a precipitate of insoluble aluminium chloride and water will form from the equation.
