Clearly, the coordinate of the centre of the circle is `(0,0)` and it has a radius of `1 m`

So,we know, the equation of a circle whose centre is at `(a,b)` and has a radius of `r` is,

`(x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 =r^2`

so,the equation of this circle will be,

`(x-0)^2 + (y-0)^2 =1^2`

i.e `x^2 + y^2 =1`
