It is Haemophilia .

Explanation:

Haemophilia is also known as Bleeder's disorder or disease. It is a defect of blood which prevents its clotting.
Haemophiliacs bleed excessively when injured.

History -

It was first reported by John Otto in 1803 .

Queen Victoria of England was a carrier & her son had this defect.

Causes-

  • Its is a sex linked trait, caused by recessive gene 'h' located in X chromosome.

  • The gene controls the synthesis of protein needed for the clotting of blood.

  • Normal blood is dominating. It occurs primarily in males: females CAN be affected, but only if they inherit two affected X-chromosomes, I.e if the father is a haemophiliac, and the mother is a carrier...
