The IUPAC names are benzene and phenol.
Explanation:
I looked these up on pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov . They always give the IUPAC name for compounds under Names and Identifiers. I also looked them up on Wikipedia, and on the right-hand margin, it lists benzene and phenol as the preferred IUPAC names for each compound.
