The compound is an an saturated ether. So its naming follows the genaral name alkoxy alkane. Here this ether is supposed to be formed due to replacement of three hydrogen atoms from same carbon atom (1) of parent hydrocarbon ethane #CH_3CH_3# by three ethoxy #C_2H_5O-# groups . Hence its IUPAC name is

1,1,1-triethoxyethane.

It is also considered as triethyl derivative of ortho acetic acid or ethane-1,1,1-triol, #[CH_3C(OH)_3]# which is believed to be impossible to isolate, since being very unstable it would readily decompose into acetic acid and water.

The common name of the given compound is triethyl orthoacetate #CH_3C(OC_2H_5)_3#
