It lies in Group 16, i.e. the same Group as carbon....and, reasonably $G e {F}_{4}$ should have a similar geometry to that of $C {F}_{4}$, or even $C {H}_{4}$, i.e. tetrahedral with $\angle F - G e - F \equiv {109.5}^{\circ}$...
