The main purpose of Circulation is to keep the cells alive.

Explanation:

Circulation in human beings aim at removing the waste materials from the cells and to supply the required materials for the cells to survive.
It includes the supply of oxygen, nutrients etc. and removal of Carbon dioxide and other waste materials formed as a result of various metabolic activities of the cells.
In the absence of circulation the above processes would not happen and it results in the death of the cell.
