This not Greek but it means knowledge of things through their causes

Explanation:

Greek is not spelt with the Lation alphabet. Scientia means knowledge(it gave the word "science") rerum(things in an accusative case) per is a preposition, ultima means last( like in both Italian and Spanish and like the word "ultimate in English) and causa means cause very simply.
