Slope#=0#.

Explanation:

Observe that the line represented by the eqn. #y=7# is a Horizontal Line, i.e., parallel to X-axis.

Recall that slope is a measure of inclination of a line with the #+ve# direction of X-axis.

From the above, we find that the slope of a Horizontal line is #0#.

In another way, formula to find the slope of a line represented by the eqn.# : ax+by+c=0# is slope#=-a/b#.

In our case, since, #a=0, b=1,c=-7#, we get the slope#=-0/1=0#, as shown earlier1
